2 Days Virtual Event / Summit / Conference Setup
That’s right. Our virtual summit team of experts will help you setup your entire virtual event in just 2 days. And we’re not talking business days, yes, we just said that your entire virtual summit will be setup in under 48 hours from the moment you or your company signs our contract, to the full pages, video platform, accepting payments from ticket sales and even sponsors.
What you can expect in exactly 2 days? From past experiences, our team has figured out that there are 3 ways you can setup your virtual event with us. The fastest way is to setup your virtual summit or conference from scratch on our super fast and powerful servers.
Example: ABC company wanted to create a virtual conference with 10 speakers that will start in 30 days.
Our solution in just 10 simple steps:
1. VSE and ABC company agrees on the terms and sign a contract (Day 0)
2. VSE gets all the necessary info (Day 0)
3. VSE works their magic and start creating the virtual event (Day 1)
4. At the same time ABC company will receive our full on-boarding steps (Day 1)
5. If all speakers and sponsors info and materials (photos/logos) are ready, VSE will add it to the virtual event pages (Day 2)
6. At the same time VSE will implement the registration pages, payments, schedules, and email sequence (Day 2)
7. VSE delivers the virtual summit site and start working along ABC company throughout the end of the conference (Day 2)
8. That’s it.
9. Now that everything is in place, VSE will start working with speakers to record their talks or PowerPoint presentation (We now support Prezi). We will then start editing the videos and upload them to our secure servers. Our current team can edit up to 6 hours of videos per day (we will expand soon), so for the sake of this example (10 talks around 1 hour each) it will take VSE about 2 days to have the videos edited and uploaded. (Day 3 and 4)
10. VSE will work along side ABC company for any edits or updates and test everything multiple times until the day of the virtual conference and also during the conference.
