On Boarding
No one likes complications and our team is really awesome that way. To remove any confusion and to speed things up. We are using a 3rd party on-boarding software that serves as a to-do checklist. You can call it our documentation or help pages if you would.
Once we finalize the contract and setup your initial event pages. We will send you an on boarding for summit hosts step by step list that will make your life easier. We will then contact your speakers and give them another thorough checklist so they have a seamless experience as well.
The way this will work is as follows:
Firstly, we finalize our virtual event services with a contract. Secondly, we will setup your summit initial pages within 2 business days. Immediately after, we will send you (the host) a link to our on boarding checklist. At the same time we will send another on boarding checklist to your virtual event speakers. This will take you through everything you need to do as a host. As a result, it will instantly eliminate the work load on your side of gathering your speakers info by giving them instructions of how to accomplish their tasks from uploading their photo, bio, social links, to the instructions on how to record the talk video and how to manage the chat for the Q&A session with our event moderators.
Although we found out this is very helpful method. We are always here to help you if the on-boarding process was not enough.
Let’s get on board of the virtual summit train together. CHOO-CHOO!
Update: We have now integrated a new workflow method to help you and your speakers get setup quickly and easily. As part of welcoming you to our virtual event platform. We have designed a workflow process to help you get on board and be setup in no time. We’ve written an article about it.
